Transfer Contract Between Geneva Transfer Limousine and Customer

1. Contract Agreement: This contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation service by both parties.

2. Included in Transfer Price:

   • Parking and fuel costs
   • Toll fees
   • Luggage service
   • Waiting time: 60 minutes after flight arrival, 20 minutes at train stations, hotels, or residences
   • Passenger accident insurance and civil liability coverage

3. Not Included in Transfer Price:

   • Meal and accommodation costs for driver service exceeding 24 hours
   • Waiting time and last-minute detours during the trip

4. Cancellation Policy: To cancel and receive a refund, notify Geneva Transfer Limousine via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Reservations made within this period will incur charges. Bank and administrative fees may apply to refunds.

5. No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up at the designated pick-up address, the reservation costs will be charged.

6. Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit may be required in advance for remote pick-ups.

7. Customer Responsibility: The customer must verify the reservation details. The company is not liable for traffic or accidents during the journey. The customer should provide the exact pick-up time to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
